New Orthopedic Satellite Clinic location in the Hot Springs Village

We are excited to announce a new Orthopedic satellite clinic location in the Hot Springs Village! Dr. Lawrence will be seeing patients at the National Park Medical Center Clinic in the Cordoba Center. We will be offering a full spectrum of orthopedic care at this location including xrays, evaluation/diagnosis and treatments including splinting or injections when indicated.

National Park Medical Center offers Robotic Knee System for Total Knee Replacement
National Park Medical Center, a part of LifePoint Health, is pleased to announce that it has acquired the latest innovation in robotic technology, the Zimmer Biomet ROSA to assist with knee replacement surgeries. With this technology, we have the opportunity to improve surgical outcomes and allow for faster patient recovery. This is made possible by a more than $700,000 investment from LifePoint Health.
Total joint replacement is one of the most commonly performed, elective surgical procedures in the United States. The ROSA (Robotic Surgical Assistant) is designed to help in performing total knee replacement surgery. It includes features to assist with bone resections and assessing the balance of the soft tissues in order to facilitate implant positioning intraoperatively. Data provided by the robot assists with complex decision-making and enables surgeons to use computer and software technology to control and manipulate surgical instruments, allowing for greater precision during procedures.

I am joining a team of excellent orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff and my nurse, Ashlee, will be here too!

Orthopedic Surgeon joining Orthopaedic Center of Hot Springs
National Park Medical Center today announced that Brent Lawrence, M.D., has joined its staff and will be offering orthopedic services to patients throughout Hot Springs and the surrounding area. Dr. Lawrence brings more than 20 years of clinical experience to NPMC, and has the unique perspective of having practiced as a physical therapist prior to his time as an orthopedic surgeon.
